Following our deep dive into the earlier
stages of production, we’re excited to share the next
critical steps in our lost wax casting process for crafting
durable, high-performance heat treatment fixtures.
Step 7: Finishing & Separation
Once cooled, the ceramic shell is carefully removed from the casting, revealing
the raw metal structure beneath. Using precision cutting tools, we separate the
final products from the pouring and feeding system—ensuring
minimal material waste and preserving part integrity.

Step 8: Grinding & Shot Blasting
The sprue and gate remnants are meticulously ground off, followed by processing
in our advanced automated shot blasting machines. Post-blasting,
our quality team conducts a rigorous visual inspection against standardized
checklists to identify and address any surface imperfections. This is
how FH guarantees flawless castings, every time.

Step 9: Distortion Correction
Due to the intense forces during shot blasting, minor distortions in baskets or trays can occur.
Our technicians use precision press machines to realign components,
ensuring they meet strict dimensional tolerances before moving to
final quality approval.

Step 10: Inspection
Every batch undergoes dimensional inspection and material composition testing,
and we issue inspection reports
for every order.

Step 11: Packaging
Customized cases are made according to the
size of the parts to ensure safe transportation.
Step 12: Shipping and Delivery
We collaborate with Global Logistics to
provide door-to-door delivery, including customs clearance and compliance
documentation.
